For corporate entities, "you" includes your officers and employees, and you must ensure they comply with these Terms.
By applying for enrollment, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, are at least 18 years old, and that all information you provide is accurate.
Strawberry Villa LLC reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any individual or entity at our discretion without needing to provide a reason.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
All sales of this product are final. Refunds will not be granted for any reason due to this product containing proprietary and downloadable content, which is deemed “used” and not in the original state once purchased and ongoing live coaching that is provided.
We do not refund ad spend or any other expenses associated with this program.
Privacy

Electronic Communications

Platform Usage and Access Agreement
As part of your enrollment in our program, you are required to use the specific platform designated by Strawberry Villa LLC. This platform is integral to the delivery and effectiveness of our training and support systems.
Mandatory Use of Specified Platform: You agree to utilize the platform specified by Strawberry Villa LLC for all activities related to our program. This platform is chosen to optimize the functionality and integration of various tools critical to your success in the course.
Access Grant: You also agree to allow Strawberry Villa LLC, including its employees, contractors, and assigns, access to your platform account. This access enables us to perform updates, maintenance, and assist with the implementation of leads, automations, funnels, and other essential tasks.
Benefits to Enrollees:
Reduced Setup and Maintenance: By allowing us to manage certain aspects of the platform, you will spend less time on setup and maintenance, freeing you to concentrate on income-producing activities.
Enhanced Support and Efficiency: Our access ensures that you receive prompt and effective support, helping you to leverage all functionalities of the platform efficiently.
Payment Authorization
By providing Strawberry Villa LLC with your payment details, you authorize access to and use of the chosen payment method. You grant us permission to charge the specified amount to this payment method. If it is determined that your payment has breached any applicable laws or these Terms and Conditions, Strawberry Villa LLC reserves the right to cancel or reverse the transaction at our discretion.
Ethical Conduct and Representation
As representatives of TGE, it is imperative that you conduct yourselves with professionalism, kindness, and respect at all times. Any actions by a client that disrupt the experience of leads or other program participants, or deviate from our core values, may lead to termination of the client’s affiliation and revocation of any privileges associated with the program.
Access Removal
If you revoke our access to your platform at any point, it may result in your immediate removal from the program, including all courses and coaching sessions, without notice or refund.
Nature of Provided Materials
The materials provided as part of your enrollment do not constitute professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and must determine the appropriateness of actions for your circumstances.
Scheduling and Attendance
Live support session schedules are subject to change, and we will attempt to notify you of any changes but will not be liable for any adjustments. Please regularly check for updates.If you are unable to attend a live session, no refund will be provided.
Interaction and Promotion
You may interact with other program participants only for purposes related to the program and must not engage in unsolicited promotions of your goods or services.
Liability Disclaimer

Testimonials and examples of past results are used for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to guarantee that all clients will achieve the same or similar outcomes. Limitation of Liability
Strawberry Villa LLC, along with our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates, assumes no liability for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from your use of our site. This limitation applies to all claims related to lost profits, personal injury, and business interruption, whether such claims are based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Strawberry Villa LLC is advised of the possibility of such damages.
Non-Disparagement Clause
You agree not to make any statements, whether written or verbal, or cause or encourage others to make any statements, written or verbal, that defame, disparage, or in any way criticize the personal or business reputation, practices, or conduct of Strawberry Villa LLC, its employees, directors, and officers. This prohibition includes statements made in any medium, including but not limited to, oral conversations, written communications, online forums, blogs, social media platforms, and other forms of electronic communication.
You understand and agree that this clause applies to statements made to any party, including but not limited to, the news media, investors, potential investors, any board of directors or advisory boards, industry analysts, competitors, strategic partners, vendors, current and former employees, and clients.
A violation of this non-disparagement clause will be considered a material breach of your agreement with Strawberry Villa LLC, which may lead to immediate termination of your agreement at our sole discretion, in addition to any other legal remedies available to us under applicable laws.
Children Under Thirteen
The Great Corporate Escape does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use jikhalsanow.com only with permission of a parent or guardian. You must be 18 years or older to participate in any of the programs shared on jikhalsanow.com or run by Strawberry Villa LLC
Business Operation Costs
Our training programs are designed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools to run their own businesses. Like any business, operating an online enterprise incurs various overhead and operational expenses. These expenses include, but are not limited to, platform usage fees, payment gateway costs, expenses related to enrollment and maintenance of active status in network marketing companies, advertising expenditures, virtual assistant fees, and other typical business costs.
It's important to note that while these costs are an inherent part of running a business, they generally represent a fraction of what one might expect to invest in purchasing a franchise or operating a traditional brick-and-mortar business. Costs can vary depending on individual goals, the scale of operations, and other factors specific to each participant.
Cost Estimate Requests:
We understand that financial planning is crucial for success in any venture. Therefore, we encourage prospective participants to request an overhead cost estimate, which provides a detailed breakdown according to their specific goals and the scale of intended operations. This transparency helps ensure that you are well-informed and prepared for the financial aspects of running your business before making a commitment to our program.
Financial Terms and Conditions
The total cost of enrollment is as specified on the order form. Payments may be made as described on the order form, including installments or recurring payments, which we may process automatically without further consent or notice. Failure to make payments will result in immediate revocation of program access, and no refund will be issued.
Fraudulent Chargeback Policy
At Strawberry Villa LLC, we take the integrity of financial transactions very seriously. A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a charge on their credit card, which can sometimes be done fraudulently. Fraudulent chargebacks, including those made unintentionally (often referred to as "friendly fraud"), are a serious concern that can have significant legal consequences.
Understanding Fraudulent Chargebacks:

Account Suspension: In cases of fraudulent chargebacks, we may suspend or terminate the accounts involved, pending further investigation.
Additional Fees: Those found to have engaged in fraudulent chargeback activities may be subject to increased fees to cover administrative costs and other related expenses.
Preventative Measures:
Credit card providers and Strawberry Villa LLC use advanced monitoring techniques and algorithms to detect and prevent chargeback fraud. These measures help identify suspicious patterns and ensure transactions are legitimate.
If You Mistakenly Initiate a Chargeback:
If you realize that a chargeback has been mistakenly initiated, it is crucial to contact your credit card provider immediately to retract the dispute. You should provide any necessary evidence to show that the chargeback was filed in error.
Merchant Rights:

Partnered Company
Enrollment in our program requires participants to join the specific network marketing company with which Strawberry Villa LLC has partnered. This is integral to our business model, which leverages partnerships with network marketing companies to facilitate your success.
Mandatory Company Enrollment: Participants must enroll in and maintain active commission status with the network marketing company chosen by Strawberry Villa LLC. Failure to enroll or maintain this status will result in removal from the course and all associated platforms without a refund.
No Alternative Company Enrollment in This Program: If you are interested in partnering with a different network marketing company, other program options are available. Please contact
ji@strawberryvilla.com for details about alternative programs that allow for enrollment with different network marketing companies.
Company Selection Criteria: Our chosen network marketing partner is selected based on several criteria, including but not limited to, its compensation plan, policies supporting digital recruitment, and product quality.
Right to Change Network Marketing Company: Strawberry Villa LLC reserves the right to switch our network marketing company partner at any time, without notice or consultation with students. Should a change occur, to continue in the program and retain coaching and other benefits, students are required to migrate and enroll under the new network marketing company within the downline specified by Strawberry Villa LLC.
Income Disclaimer
Please note that The Great Escape program provides resources and teaches strategies that have the potential to generate significant income. However, there are no guarantees regarding the level of success you may experience. The examples of income achievements are not to be interpreted as any kind of promise or guarantee of earnings.

Arbitration
In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regards to these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Severability
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision will be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity, or unenforceability, without invalidating the remainder of these Terms and Conditions. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Termination/Access Restriction
The Great Corporate Escape reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Arizona in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and The Great Corporate Escape as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. The Great Corporate Escape's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of The Great Corporate Escape's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by The Great Corporate Escape with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and The Great Corporate Escape with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and The Great Corporate Escape with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
Changes to Terms
